Experience & Credentials
I hold both my Bachelors of Art in Social Work and Masters in Social Work from California State University Long Beach (Go Beach!) where I graduated in 2019. My career has been primarily focused in the medical field as I have provided psychotherapy and support to patients and their family members facing cancer, chronic, illness, grief, and infertility. A large focus of my work and specialty is in reduction of anxiety and stress, empowerment, and strengthening resilience. I have been a part of the Oncology and Palliative Care interdisciplinary team as well as the lead Clinical Social Worker for the Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer Prevention Program at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach where I facilitated various cancer support groups and provided clinical education to the community.
